Only sauna - sauna festival in Stockholm
What happens when you mix sauna, Eurovision and Finnish party culture - in the middle of Stockholm? You only get a sauna: a sauna festival with heat and community.
Last weekend we were present during Sweden's most unique sauna event - arranged in connection with the Eurovision Song Contest. With Sauna Tent, Wooden pasture, street food, disco dance and live broadcast Eurovision, it became a weekend we will not forget.
What is just a sauna?
Only sauna is a free Finnish folk party that combines the heat from the sauna with the glitter from Eurovision. The festival area offered a sauna, conversation, Nordic design, food, dance and live music - all packed in a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
In the days you could bast with friends, discover sauna culture through lectures and let the children dance at a ski disco. In the evenings, the area was transformed into a crackling night party with Club La Persé and Eurovision shows in the middle-a large sauna-inspired dome.

We at Bast Sauna exhibited ours Sauna Tent Together with Harvia, the world's largest sauna company, and our dealer Bastus specialist, which has a store in Stockholm.
For three days, hundreds of visitors were allowed to step into our tent models Näver and Björk Premium. For many it was the first time they tested one Sauna Tent - And the reactions did not wait.
"This feels like a real sauna - though in a tent?!"
Many of the visitors came from Finland and were used to traditional saunas. That they chose to best in tents - and also appreciated it - became a receipt that we are on the right track. Both of our demo tents were sold to happy bathers before the weekend was even over.

During the festival, we showed several improvements to our products: including a new two -level bench, a more efficient stove And an updated tent construction with durable weave and smarter details. Despite the spring heat in the air, our tents kept temperatures over 100 degrees - just like a classic wood -burning sauna should.
A sauna party to remember
KAJ Maybe not took home the victory in Eurovision - but the sauna still won the weekend. Seeing Swedes and Finns Basta side by side, sharing wood and talking sauna culture is exactly why we do what we do. The heat, conversations, the red -flowered cheeks and the smell of birch wood - it was a party for all the senses.
