That’s the most common question we get.
That’s why we give you 100 days to experience it for yourself. If the sauna tent does not meet your expectations, you can use our voluntary 100-day satisfaction guarantee. The guarantee is valid for 100 days from the day you receive your delivery.
This is our way of giving you extra peace of mind. At the same time, the guarantee comes with responsibility for the product during the time you own it. It’s not a rental solution, it’s a satisfaction guarantee.

Insufficient packaging that leads to transport damage may affect the refund.

Inspection & refund
Once the product has been returned, we carry out a thorough inspection.
The refund is issued after the inspection has been approved.
If the product is in a worsened condition, a reasonable deduction may be made based on actual condition and impact. We are always transparent in how we assess this.

When you have completed an order, an order confirmation is sent to your specified e-mail address with information about products, price, and invoice and delivery address. Always check the confirmation. In case of error - contact us immediately at support@bastsauna.com.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. in case of suspected fraud, incorrect prices or stock deviation). In case of change/cancellation, we will try to contact you via the specified e-mail and/or telephone.
Prices are shown in local currency. Prices are shown within the EU/EEA incl. VAT. This also applies to Norway and Great Britain. For delivery to countries outside the EU, prices are shown normally excluding VAT, and import VAT/duty/fees may be added according to the recipient country's rules (paid by the customer).
We reserve the right for price adjustments, typing errors and obviously incorrect prices (e.g. SEK 0). We can cancel orders that contain clearly incorrect prices and in that case allow you to place a new order at the correct price. Promotions and discount codes may be limited in time and may be withdrawn without notice.
Payment is made via our payment providers. We can offer card payment (e.g. VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and invoice/partial payment via Klarna (for eligible customers). Payment is made directly to the payment provider according to their terms.

In order to offer several payment options, we share the necessary personal, contact and order data with the respective payment service. Handling takes place in accordance with the applicable data protection law and the payment partner's privacy policy.

The risk for the goods normally passes to you when the goods have been physically received. Unclaimed packages may be charged an administrative fee (return shipping + handling).
We strive for images and descriptions to be as accurate as possible, but color reproduction may vary between screens. Stock status can change quickly; final sale may occur.
By law, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from receipt of the item. In addition to this, we offer 16 extra days as a customer benefit – in total 30 day right of withdrawal.

If a product is faulty according to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain. Contact support@bastsauna.com as soon as possible after the error is discovered, describe the error and attach pictures/video and order number. We comply with current legislation regarding remedy, redelivery, price reduction or cancellation.
Any commercial guarantees (e.g. material-specific guarantees) appear on the respective product page and apply in parallel with your legal rights.
Transport damage must be reported immediately (save the packaging and document the damage).

Content on the website belongs to Bast Sauna or licensors and may not be copied without written permission. If you submit reviews, images or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it in our channels, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Material that violates the law or the rights of others may be removed.
Prohibited from using the Website/Content for: (a) illegal activity; (b) infringement of intellectual property rights; (c) harassment, discrimination, defamation; (d) spreading malicious code; (e) unauthorized data collection (spam, scraping, etc.); (f) circumvention of security. Violation may result in suspension.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times. We may change, suspend or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from such change/interruption.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, consequential damages or the like that arise in connection with the use of the Service or products, in addition to what follows from mandatory consumer protection laws.
