Nike X. bast - Sauna Tent and trail run
Last summer we were invited to a collaboration with Nike and Stadium in Åre. They heard with a simple need: warmth to their guests. And what fits better than one Sauna Tent In the mountains?
When the body is tired after hours of running, wind and weather - then the sauna is unbeatable. The heat. The contrast. The silence. Sauna Tent And mountain activities are a perfect combination. This event became a clear example of that.
Trail Run, Sauna Tent And the mountains
The event was held in Åre - one of Sweden's best places for outdoor activities. During some intense and at the same time relaxing days, 20 invited guests and partners gathered to run, camp, best and socialize.
The first day we installed ourselves in our camp for the weekend. Then we went out on a guided walk across the mountain. It was demanding but rewarding - with vast view, fresh air and the feeling of being far away from everything.
When we got back to the camp, the sauna was waiting.
The sauna tent as a gathering point and activity
We at bast sauna Responsible for the sauna experience. Our role was to guide the guests in the sauna - to create a safe, relaxing place where everyone could recover. The sauna quickly became a natural gathering point. This is where the conversations deepened, the body recovered and today's impression had to land.
We used Björk Premium - Our biggest Sauna Tent, which can accommodate up to ten people at the same time. The spacious design allowed several people to bast together and a clear center was created every night.
The sauna tent was used both immediately after the run - as a way to wash off and get up the heat - and later in the evening as a quiet end of the day. The guests themselves described the sauna as the highlight of the weekend.
More than just sauna
The evenings ended with grill, card games and conversations around the fire. It became more than just an event - it was a break from everyday life and a reminder of how little is needed to feel really good: movement, nature, warmth and community.
