Please refer to the information table on delivery below. All orders are packed and sent from Klippan, Skåne, Monday to Friday (couriers do not pick up packages on weekends).
All orders are packed by our third -party logistics partner shelfless in Klippan, Skåne. Their daily cut-off time is 12:00 CET-orders made before this time are usually packed the same day. 
Couriers like Bring, UPS, DHL and others usually pick up packages from the warehouse in Klippan once a day after lunchtime (Monday-Friday). The packages are then transported to the nearest sorting terminal where they are scanned and sent on.

Orders from the UK and Norway
We send to the UK and Norway with UPS standard. You will not receive any customs fees or extra costs, but all costs are included in the price of the webshop. 
Orders outside the EU
As we send our goods from within the EU, customers outside the EU may suffer additional customs duties, taxes, administrative fees and/or other customs requirements. These costs are actual and we take no responsibility for any additional costs. We are not responsible for shipments that are returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes or lack of compliance, and we do not refund these extra fees. This applies, for example, to Switzerland.
