From basement to office: our story

We have an office!

Welcome to a section of Bast Behind the scenes - Where three confused best friends do their best to become the world's largest sauna brand. Here we talk about our journey from working anywhere, to finally having our own office.

Our trip: From basement to office

We have worked from Everything possible:

• Backyards
• Cellar
• Mother -in -law's office

And, of course, a lot of hours on Google Meet. We have become accustomed to holding meetings through the screen, but the physical distance was sometimes a challenge.

But now ... Now we have our own office.

What do we have now?

• An office with walls, floors and chairs.
• Wi-Fi that actually works (most days).
• Furnishings Which is ... yes, something we still learn to handle.
• A printer that no one really knows how to use.

For the first time, we work together - physically!

Nothing more:

• Turn on the camera.
• Wait for everyone to log in.
• Looking for links to meetings.

Now we are here, in the same place, side by side.

From digital to physical presence: What have we learned?

The road here has been long and we have learned a lot:

• Patience: To deal with all technical problems and find the right workflows.
• Communication: Keeping in touch was a challenge when we worked at a distance, but now we have all our ideas in the same room.
• Teamwork: Being physically present and being able to discuss ideas directly has increased our creativity.

The future looks bright!

Our new office is a symbol of all the time and energy we put down to get here. It also marks the start of one New era for us - we grow, and we will take Bast to new heights.
