Repayment or exchange

If we agree on a refund or exchange, we will handle this as soon as possible, usually within 14 days after we have received the product. If you want to get a new product, we will send it to you as soon as possible. If you want to get the money back, we will repay the amount you paid for the product with deduction for normal wear on the product.
