Shipping and delivery
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Skåne, Sweden. Our daily cut-off time is 11:00 CET – orders placed before this time are usually packed the same day. Couriers such as DHL and UPS, among others, typically pick up packages from the warehouse once per day after lunchtime (Monday–Friday).
After that, the packages are transported to the nearest sorting terminal where they are scanned and sent on to their final destination. You will receive a notification from the courier where you can either choose a delivery day or receive a message when your package is ready for pick-up at a service point. Packages over 15 kg are always delivered directly to your door. You will receive a notification with a tracking link when we have shipped the packages. Sometimes it may take a day before it is registered in the tracking system.
Sometimes, unfortunately, things happen in the world of shipping and packages are split up or do not arrive on time. Please wait a day or two, and if it still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@bastsauna.com with your name and order number, and we will help you further to locate and track your packages.

ORDERS FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM AND NORWAY
We ship to the United Kingdom and Norway with UPS Standard. You will not incur any customs fees or extra charges as all costs are included in the webshop price.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU
Since we ship our goods from Sweden, which is within the EU, customers outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, administrative fees, and/or other customs requirements. These costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not take responsibility for any additional charges. We are not responsible for shipments returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes or non-compliance, and we do not refund these extra charges. This applies, for example, to Switzerland.
