Ordering
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.If something is wrong in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via e-mail to info@bastsuna.com.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 3-4 working days within Sweden. Orders to other countries are the normal delivery time 3-6 days. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be sent at the earliest on Monday after. If delays in the delivery should arise (without not notifying you of longer delivery time), contact us at e-mail address: info@bastsuna.com.
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in local currency and are including VAT in Europe except for purchases to Norway where prices are reported ex VAT. When purchasing to Norway, VAT/customs will be added. We reserve ourselves for price changes caused by price change from supplier, error pressure in the price list and errors in prices depending on incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the site, you as a customer have a legislative 14 day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item you have ordered. In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer another 16 days the right of withdrawal as an extra benefit for our customers. 5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed (plomored) and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you due to health or hygiene reasons.

We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution.
