In this post we take you behind the scenes to our warehouse in Helsingborg, in the southern parts of Sweden - where each order is packed with care and sent away as quickly as possible.
Our warehouse in southern Sweden
We have our central warehouse in Helsingborg, strategically located in southern Sweden. It is a place that makes us easily reach out to the whole of Sweden and the rest of Europe. From here we send Sauna Tent, Ice bath and accessories every day.
The location close to ports, highways and logistics hubs allows our freight partners to pick up packages daily and transport them further quickly and smoothly. Our goal is for each customer to get their Sauna Tent Within as short a time as possible - whether you live in Kiruna, Copenhagen or Berlin.
What happens after you order?
When you place an order on our website, we start processing it immediately. Our team at the warehouse gets the order in the system, picks up all products and packs everything carefully. We use durable cartons and protective materials to keep everything during transport.
When the package is complete, our freight partner comes to the warehouse and picks it up. Then your order is on the way home to you.
If you order before 11:00 on a weekday, we always try to send your order the same day. During periods of high pressure, for example around Christmas or large campaigns, it can take a day extra before the package leaves our warehouse.
How fast is Mid delivered Sauna Tent?
The delivery time depends on several factors - including which country we send to, where you live and how often our freight partners drive to your particular area. Within Sweden, the delivery usually takes between two to five working days. To the rest of Europe, the delivery time varies from three to seven days, sometimes slightly longer if it is longer distance or if the freight has to pass customs.
All our shipments are sent with traceable shipping. As soon as the package has left the warehouse, you get a tracking number, so you can follow the delivery all the way home to the door.
If something happens during the shipping
We pack all products carefully, but sometimes something happens to be damaged or disappearing during transport. It is unusual - but if something is wrong with your package when it arrives, we will solve it.
